Bad Points: The only bad point was that I couldn't have an instant appointment but I could get one later that day so it didn't matter too much to me.

It was an easy and pleasant experience dealing with the Natwest I called in and made an appointment to open the account for that same afternoon, they told me all the information to bring with me without me having to ask which was great. When I returned the forms were filled out quickly and professionally, I had no long waits during this time and staff were friendly and professional at all times.  It was a nice experience after some previous banking experiences I have had before and easy to set up. I would recommend the Natwest to anyone they explain everything step by step and make it all easy to understand.
