I think loyalty schemes are a wondeful way for us Mums and Dads to get money off our shopping bills and to keep more cash in our pockets. The name itself suggests that by giving us these schemes we would naturally be loyal to that very supermarket. Are there any loyal consumers left out there though? I, personally, shop in each and every one of them, benefiting from all their offers and money off vouchers. What loyalty?!

I must admit to being a bit of a consumer nightmare, i shop around and when i get clubcard points and vouchers, i'll go to Tesco and when there's double points etc at boots i'll get nappies etc there. i think it's whats called "being savvy shopper"!

It's definitely worth shopping about to take advantage of all the clubcard points etc.
Tesco points can be swapped to save a lot of money on days out etc, but the triple points weekends at Boots can make things work out cheaper
You don't get rewarded for being loyal to just one shop, so only fair to shop around
