My daughter is 15 she is half way through her GSCE year,She wants to go to university,Have i left it to late to start saving,I have been putting a little bit away to help her,But how much should i be saving? Or have i left it to late

its never to late to start saveing for things like that, if you just save £5 to £10 a week by the time shes at uni there will be a good amount saved espicialy if you put it in a high iterest account hope this helps you.

Yes it's never too late samf130 is right. If you start saving now imagine how much you would have in ten years.

Or have i left it to late Child Trust Funds are only available to children born after 2002, as far as I'm aware. However, that doesn't stop anyone from saving for their kids through conventional means e.g. bank account. Every little helps, so I would say it is NEVER too late. I'm sure your daughter will appreciate any financial help you give her. There are always grants/loans available to students, so don't worry too much about university fees. Where there's a will, there's a way! :)

I totally agree with Hanny, u can always save now for later on when your daughter needs it after uni or even during! Its never too late
