as it was posted here before i dont understand how they calculate it either.its different for everyone,even if the other people get the same wages as u do, u might get more or less money than they do.i think people who work there probably dont understand it otherwise there would be no overpayments to families and i know lots of people who need to give money back to them due to overpayment
I know it is very confusing, it seems like they just give you whatever they feel ike doing. They should change the way they do it to try and cut down the mistakes that are made.
